Lord of The World

This planet does not like

the word 'No'

The great Kumara stands

with a flaming sword

vilified for his sacrifice

while the emotional body

of humanity cries

for a kinder God

who does not require

us to learn

by example

one who will understand

that we are, after all

(and before nothing)

'only human'

and therefore

cannot be expected to

mount the cross ourselves

surely there is

an easier way

send us another son

to nail up
