A Short Paper on The Manifestation Process of Esoteric Schools

 There is a dual process in the manifestation requiring a cooperation between Hierarchy and Humanity.

Humanity works on the higher levels of the manasic plane – their work is to form a stable soul group, connected by fire at the causal level and able to be overlighted by the soul of the School and the soul of the nation. This group is made up of pledged disciples and at its core must contain those working towards the third degree.

Hierarchy works primarily in the higher triadal realms – the group is the ashram on the buddhic plane with fifth degree initiates at the centre. Their job is to hold the alignment with Shamballa and to create within the ashramic field a reservoir or ‘seed of will’ which is an expression of the One Fundamental School. This ‘seed’ has seven aspect or rays of light but is essentially One. It is the ‘light supernal’ the light of Life itself.

A useful analogy for the Schools is the eye. At the centre of the eye is the pupil. This centre is essentially the same within all eyes and allows for the passage of light while it remains dark itself. This is the Shamballa point in the School. The iris is coloured differently in different eyes. This relates to the different ray Schools functioning through the souls of the different nations. Each national school is dual and has a different ‘quality’ or colouring as it expresses the core Shamballic archetype.

Process – timing

It must form part of the Planetary Purpose and  Plan , cyclically unfolded.

There must be an  inner group of ashramic workers bridging from buddhic and triadal levels

There must be a group of disciples on the physical plane capable of maintaining a strong causal link.

An esoteric school is built from the top down and not the bottom up. It is not essentially about land, buildings, students and so forth. It is about a field of fire that stretches from Shamballa on the monadic plane into the ashram on the buddhic plane, into a stable group of causal bodies on the higher mental plane. From here this fire radiates drawing to it those other souls who are responsive to the vibration. And are able to receive and transmit this fire. There are then natural consequences in the three worlds and also within the personalities of those who are involved. The fire purifies the mental field, the astral field and eventually flows through the etheric field and sacredises the body through the process of transfiguration. Similarly one can expect the manifestation of the outer aspects of the school – land buildings etc – last and not first in the manifestation process.

To work with this process one first of all must be aligned and inspired from the ashram. Without this there is no ‘upper’ antahkarana and therefore no seed of will within the core of the project. A group of incarnate meditators who are capable of a good degree of telepathic rapport is needed in the outer. At the centre of this group should be a triangle of those working towards the third degree. They should strive in three directions.

1. To be receptive to the inner workers who are stepping down the energy from the triad.
2. To deepen their ‘identification’ with each other so that they become one threefold field rather than three individuals meditating together.
3. To radiate into the higher mental plane the key ‘note’ or ‘sound’ of the School they are willing to help midwife into the three worlds.

This process of manifestation follows the laws of White Magic. The Schools already exist on triadal levels. Their outer expression is what is trying to be achieved, not their creation.

This is an important point to remember. Those working with the Schools must be able to direct the process within the three worlds to the extent that they are able to align with and receive direction from the inner. The Master Morya is the Head of the One Fundamental School in Shamballa and so , by definition is Head of all true esoteric schools, that is, those schools that have at their root, the energy of Shamballa, the Light of Life itself.
