The Secret of the Destroyer - Jon Darrall-Rew

You may have heard of me,

By fearful or reverential names,

Shiva, Mahakala, Vajrapani, or even Satan,

Many have been my faces through time.

I am the destroyer.

I am the one who brings death to universes, planets, bodies and illusions.

When their cycles have run their course,

My time has come.

Some demonise me,

Some pray to me,

Most fear me,

Yet few know my secret.

My secret, the secret of the destroyer, is ecstasy.

My ecstasy is sourced in the infinity of my freedom,

My nature is the primordial darkness that is prior to all light,

Pure ecstatic Being - this is my power.

Mine is the current of Life that brings death,

That shatters any form unable to bare my voltage,

My ecstasy cannot be held,

By the bodies of men, gods or galaxies.

When you are ripe, my friend, and I come,

Fear not, but ready yourself for freedom.

I come as the liberator,

I come to take you home.

It is my promise that I will strip you bare with my ecstasy,

As I pour it through you like lightning,

I will shatter every lie you have housed yourself in,

And ravish every illusion that hides your infinity.

I will be merciless,

Despite your fear, your pleas, your begging and your clinging,

And I invite you, my friend, to count your blessings,

That I do not believe your lies.

For what I know,

Is that you and I are of one essence in infinite, ecstatic Life,

And I am here to split open your forgetfulness,

And deliver you back home.
